 Awful system and even worse custome

| I am retired and live alone in Merrillville, IN. I recently had a security system installed in my home by Alert Alarm. After my initial call to set up an appointment with the general manager, I did not hear from them for almost two months. When they finally came to put my system in, the installer was very rude and short with me. He was also very sloppy with the installation. I still do not understand how to use this system and can not get an answer from anyone at the company. I finally called to tell them to take it out and I am not paying for any of it. |
